Easy Expense — Licensed Application End User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of the Easy Expense mobile application (the "Licensed Application" or "App") provided by Cyborgate ("Licensor," "we," "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are between you and Cyborgate only. Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App or its content, except as required by the App Store terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA requirements.
Where required, these Terms are intended to be consistent with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict with mandatory App Store rules, those rules control to the extent required.
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as otherwise permitted by Apple's Usage Rules (for example Family Sharing, where applicable).
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or permitted by licensing terms governing use of open-source components included with the App).
Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of Licensor and its licensors. The terms of this license will govern any upgrades provided by Licensor that replace and/or supplement the original App, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license.
Easy Expense provides tools to scan or upload receipts, extract expense information using OCR / AI assistance, track spending, create expense reports, export data (for example CSV or PDF), optionally track mileage, and access Premium features subject to subscription status.
Features may change over time. Some features (for example team collaboration) may be marked as Premium and/or coming soon and may not be available yet.
No professional advice: The App does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of expenses you record and for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
You may be required to create or sign in to an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In (or other methods we enable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
You may delete your account and local/cloud profile data using the in-app Delete account & data control (Settings), subject to re-authentication requirements imposed by Apple or Google.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or other In-App Purchase offered through the Apple App Store (for example a monthly Premium plan with a free trial where available). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies. We do not process card payments directly.
You retain ownership of content you submit (including receipt images, expense entries, and report text) ("User Content"). You grant Cyborgate a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate the App features you request (for example OCR extraction, reports, backup/sync).
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights. You are responsible for backing up important records.

OCR and AI extraction are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. You must review and correct extracted data before relying on it for accounting or tax purposes. We do not guarantee completeness or correctness of automated extraction.
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information (including technical information about your device, system, application software, and peripherals) that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the Licensed Application. Licensor may use this information as described in our Privacy Policy, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve products or provide services or technologies.
This license is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies.
The App may enable access to Licensor and/or third-party services and websites (including Firebase, Google Sign-In, AI processing endpoints, and Apple services). Use of such services may require Internet access and acceptance of additional terms.
You understand that by using third-party services, you may encounter content that may be considered offensive or inaccurate, and that results (including OCR output) are not guaranteed. Licensor and its agents assume no liability for third-party services or materials.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE LICENSED APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
No oral or written information or advice given by Licensor or its authorized representative shall create a warranty. Should the Licensed Application or services prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall Licensor's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars (US$50.00) or the amount you paid for the Licensed Application / applicable subscription period giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained. In particular, the Licensed Application may not be exported or re-exported into any U.S.-embargoed countries or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List.
The Licensed Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items" as defined under U.S. federal acquisition regulations, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation." Consistent with applicable FAR and DFARS clauses, use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to the restrictions set forth in this license.
Except to the extent expressly provided in the following paragraph, this Agreement and the relationship between you and Cyborgate shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You and Cyborgate agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement.
If (a) you are not a U.S. citizen; (b) you do not reside in the U.S.; (c) you are not accessing the App from the U.S.; and (d) you are a citizen of a country where claims related to consumer contracts must be brought in local courts, then such mandatory local laws may apply to the extent required.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you (if any); and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Cyborgate (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim to the extent required by these Terms.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
