DeepSearch — AI Search & Research

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeepSearch mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, "DeepSearch", "App", or "Services") operated by Cyborgate ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using DeepSearch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DeepSearch is a general-purpose AI search, research, and public profile discovery application. The App provides structured, AI-synthesized search results and public web citations across multiple categories, including:
You must be at least 13 years old to use DeepSearch. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
DeepSearch is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit such use.
You agree to use DeepSearch only for lawful research, educational, and informational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:
DeepSearch uses artificial intelligence and automated web search algorithms to compile overviews from open online sources. Results may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or subject to inaccuracies.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any search output. You are responsible for independently verifying information before taking action.
Direct web source citations and reference URLs are provided to facilitate independent verification.
DeepSearch is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., or equivalent legislation.
DeepSearch is designed solely as an informational research engine aggregating publicly indexable web information. It does not provide private databases, confidential records, or credit history. You agree not to use DeepSearch information in whole or in part to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other regulated transaction.
Certain features of DeepSearch may require a paid subscription ("DeepSearch Pro" or similar plan). Prices, billing periods, and features are clearly presented in the App before purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or authorized platform billing partners. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing inquiries are governed by the terms and policies of the respective app store.
We reserve the right to modify subscription terms or pricing with prior notice where required by applicable platform guidelines and law.
DeepSearch may assign an anonymous device identifier for subscription validation, analytics, and fraud prevention. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
You may request deletion of any associated data by emailing contact@cyborgate.uk, subject to legal obligations.
DeepSearch, including its design, branding, software, user interface, and proprietary content, is owned by Cyborgate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, lawful research in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App without our express prior written permission.
Your use of DeepSearch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data collection, privacy filtering, and protection practices. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
The App contains links to third-party websites, articles, and external profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. Accessing external links is done at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyborgate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DeepSearch at any time for violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or technical and operational reasons. You may discontinue use of the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of DeepSearch after changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to DeepSearch are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where non-waivable local consumer protections apply.
