Section 1

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeepSearch mobile application and related services (collectively, "DeepSearch", "App", or "Services") operated by Cyborgate ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using DeepSearch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Section 2

Description of the Service

DeepSearch is an AI-assisted people-search and public-profile research tool. The App allows users to search by full name and view aggregated information drawn from publicly available sources, including features such as:

  • Tell me everything — full public profile summaries, images, bios, news, and related queries.
  • Accounts — linked social and online accounts, including platforms such as Instagram and TikTok where publicly available.
  • Business background — career, employers, companies, and professional affiliations.
  • Associates — publicly known colleagues, partners, and connections.
  • Locations — cities, workplaces, and geographic associations.
  • Relationships — publicly documented personal and family connections.
  • Search history and recently viewed profiles for convenient re-access.
Section 3

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DeepSearch. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

DeepSearch is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit such use.

Section 4

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DeepSearch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the App for harassment, stalking, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Use results for employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or other purposes regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws unless you have a lawful basis and independent verification process.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the App.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the App or its systems.
  • Upload, search for, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Rely on AI-generated results as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Section 5

AI and Accuracy Disclaimer

DeepSearch uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to compile information from public sources. Results may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or attributed to the wrong person with a similar name.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any result. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

Where the App provides source links or references, you should review those sources directly.

Section 6

Public Information Only

DeepSearch is designed to surface publicly available information. We do not claim to provide private records, confidential databases, or guaranteed identity verification. The App is a research aid, not a consumer reporting agency.

DeepSearch provides publicly available information for personal awareness and verification only. It must not be used as the basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other regulated purposes without compliant processes and independent verification.

Section 7

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of DeepSearch may require a paid subscription ("DeepSearch Pro" or similar plan). Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the App before purchase.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platform billing systems. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are subject to the policies of the applicable app store and applicable law.

We may change pricing or plan features with notice where required. Continued use after a change may constitute acceptance of updated pricing for renewal periods permitted by the platform.

Section 8

Account and Device Data

DeepSearch may assign or display a device or user identifier for support, subscription management, or fraud prevention. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials associated with your use of the App.

You may request account or data deletion by contacting contact@cyborgate.uk, subject to legal retention obligations.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

DeepSearch, including its design, branding, software, and content created by us, is owned by Cyborgate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

Section 10

Privacy

Your use of DeepSearch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

Section 11

Third-Party Services and Links

The App may reference or link to third-party websites, social profiles, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Section 12

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSEARCH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Section 13

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBORGATE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF DEEPSEARCH.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) GBP £50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Section 14

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyborgate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Section 15

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DeepSearch at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Section 16

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest version. Material changes will be made available through the App or other reasonable means where required. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 17

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.

Disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
