VPN MAX PRO is designed to protect your privacy. We collect only the minimal information necessary to provide the VPN service.

A. Device Identifier

When you connect to a VPN server for the first time, the App generates a random device identifier. This identifier is used only to provision a unique VPN configuration, including a public/private key pair and an assigned VPN IP address.

The identifier is stored locally on your device and temporarily used by our secure VPN provisioning server to generate VPN credentials. This identifier is:

• Randomly generated
• Not linked to your identity
• Not used to track users across applications or services

B. VPN Session Information (Stored Locally Only)

The App stores limited session information locally on your device only for display inside the App. This may include:

• Server location
• Session date
• Connection duration
• Amount of data sent and received

This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to our servers, and can be removed at any time by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App. Up to 50 recent sessions may be stored locally.

C. Subscription Status

If you purchase a subscription, the App stores the subscription status locally on your device and verifies it through the relevant platform billing service. Payments are processed through:

• Google Play Billing for Android devices
• Apple In-App Purchases for iOS devices

We do not store or process payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by the respective platform provider.

2. VPN Service and Data Handling

VPN MAX PRO provides a secure VPN connection that encrypts internet traffic between your device and our VPN servers. When connected to the VPN, your internet traffic is encrypted and routed through our VPN servers to enhance privacy and security.

VPN MAX PRO follows a strict no-activity-logs policy. We do not collect, log, store, or monitor:

• Websites you visit
• Browsing history
• DNS queries
• Traffic content
• Connection timestamps
• Source IP addresses

Our servers are configured to operate without activity logs.

3. Platform-Specific VPN Protocols

VPN MAX PRO may use different VPN protocols depending on the platform.

Android Devices

The Android version of VPN MAX PRO primarily uses the WireGuard protocol to establish secure encrypted VPN tunnels.

iOS Devices

The iOS version of VPN MAX PRO may use the IKEv2 (Internet Key Exchange Version 2) protocol through Apple's native VPN framework.

Both protocols provide strong encryption and are widely used for secure VPN connections. Regardless of the protocol used, the same privacy and no-logs principles apply across all platforms.

4. VPN Credentials

Each device receives unique VPN credentials consisting of a WireGuard public key or equivalent VPN authentication data, a WireGuard private key or equivalent secure credential, and an assigned VPN IP address. These credentials are:

• Generated automatically
• Stored locally on your device
• Used only for establishing VPN connections

When you disconnect from the VPN service, credentials may be refreshed or revoked as part of normal system operation.

5. DNS Usage

When connected to the VPN, DNS queries may be routed through trusted public DNS services such as Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) and Google DNS (8.8.8.8). These DNS services operate under their own privacy policies.

7. Permissions Used

VPN Permission

The App uses system VPN permissions to establish and manage VPN connections. On Android, this includes the BIND_VPN_SERVICE permission. On iOS, the App uses Apple's Network Extension VPN framework. These permissions are required for all VPN applications.

Network Access

Network access is required to connect to VPN servers, establish encrypted tunnels, and retrieve VPN configuration. The App does not access personal files, contacts, messages, or photos on your device.

8. Log Data

If the App experiences an error or crash, limited diagnostic information may be collected automatically by third-party services. This information may include:

• Operating system version
• App version
• Crash diagnostics
• General device configuration

This data is used only for debugging and improving the App and does not include browsing activity or VPN traffic.

9. Data Retention

VPN MAX PRO retains only minimal operational data. VPN credentials may be temporarily stored to allow connection to VPN servers. Local session history remains on the device until removed by the user. We do not store long-term logs of user activity or VPN traffic.
