1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pregsi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pregsi is a comprehensive women’s health, fertility, pregnancy tracking, and postpartum wellness application that provides:

• Week-by-week baby growth tracking, 3D visualizations, and developmental milestones
• Menstrual cycle, ovulation predictions, and fertile window forecasting
• Daily symptom logging, mood tracking, hydration, and sleep analytics
• Kick counter and contraction timer tracking tools
• Gestational weight tracking and Body Mass Index (BMI) evaluation
• Daily estimated energy and caloric guidance
• Doctor appointment notes, ultrasound logs, and prenatal reminders
• Pregnancy-safe food and nutrition guide
• Community forums with anonymous "Secret Chat" posting
• Optional AI-powered wellness guidance assistant

Pregsi is NOT a medical device, is NOT intended for medical diagnostic use, and does NOT provide clinical medical advice.

All information, developmental milestones, cycle predictions, food guidance, and biometric calculations provided in the App are for general educational, informational, and personal tracking purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment by an obstetrician, gynecologist, midwife, or physician.

Health Calculations & Scientific Sources: In accordance with clinical standards, BMI metrics are classified based on World Health Organization (WHO) adult categories, and caloric/BMR estimations use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (NIH/PubMed PMID: 2305711). These calculations are general estimates and should not replace personalized care from your healthcare provider.

Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any pregnancy questions, symptoms, or medical conditions. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information in this App.

In case of a medical emergency, immediately call your local emergency services or contact your hospital.

4. AI-Powered Wellness Assistant (Google Gemini AI)

Pregsi includes an optional AI-driven wellness assistant powered by Google Gemini AI (Google LLC / Google Cloud Vertex AI):

• Educational Scope: The AI assistant provides general informational answers to wellness questions based on your pregnancy stage or cycle phase.
• Not Medical Advice: The AI is an automated software algorithm, not a medical professional. Do not rely on AI responses for emergency care, triage, or clinical decisions.
• Data Privacy: Your prompts are transmitted securely via TLS encryption and processed strictly in real-time. Your personal data is never used to train public AI models and is never sold to third parties.

5. User Accounts & Data Security

You may create an account using email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activities and data logged under your account
• Ensuring accurate and lawful use of the service

6. Community Guidelines & Secret Chat

When participating in Pregsi community discussions or using Secret Chat mode:

• Be respectful, supportive, and compassionate toward other expectant mothers and users.
• Do not post hateful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Do not impersonate medical professionals or distribute unverified medical prescriptions.
• Do not post spam, commercial solicitations, or unauthorized advertisements.

We reserve the right to moderate, flag, or remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts of repeat offenders.

7. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Pregsi requires an active, paid auto-renewing subscription to access all features and tools. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account:

• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Account Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, 3D graphics, algorithms, brand assets, and software code within Pregsi are the exclusive intellectual property of Cyborgate Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyborgate Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
