1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pregsi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pregsi is a pregnancy tracking and wellness application that provides:

• Week-by-week baby growth tracking and visualisation
• Daily symptom logging and health insights
• Kick counting and contraction timing tools
• Body weight tracking with trend charts
• Appointment and medicine reminders
• Food guide with pregnancy-safe recommendations
• Community forums with anonymous posting options
• Kegel exercise routines

3. Medical Disclaimer

Pregsi is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

The information provided by Pregsi, including but not limited to baby development details, food recommendations, exercise routines, and health insights, is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician, obstetrician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your pregnancy or a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by this App.

In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. User Accounts

You may use Pregsi as a guest or create an account using email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

Guest users have limited functionality. Some features, such as community posting, require a registered account.

5. Community Guidelines

When using the community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other users
• Not post content that is hateful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
• Not share medical advice as though you are a healthcare professional
• Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Not share personally identifiable information of others
• Not post content that is sexually explicit or inappropriate

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without prior notice.

6. Secret Chat / Anonymous Posting

Pregsi offers a "Secret Chat" feature that allows you to post under a randomly generated alias. While this protects your display identity from other users, your account information is still associated with your posts in our system for moderation and safety purposes. Anonymity does not exempt you from the community guidelines.

7. Premium Features & In-App Purchases

Pregsi may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pregsi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of Cyborgate Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By posting content in the community, you grant Pregsi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyborgate Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Pregsi immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cyborgate Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pregsi after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
