Poka — AI Voice Call Assistant

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Poka mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Cyborgate.
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Poka is an AI-assisted communications tool that lets you:
The Service is a convenience tool. It does not replace emergency services, legal advice, medical advice, or professional judgment. For emergencies, dial your local emergency number directly.
You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
You represent that you have the legal right to place calls and send messages to the numbers you instruct the Service to contact, and that your use complies with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws.
Some features require a paid subscription or purchased call-minute credits. Prices, included minutes, and plan details are shown in the App and may change with notice where required by law.
Subscriptions and consumable purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store policies unless otherwise required by law.
Extra credits and subscription minutes are subject to the usage rules displayed at purchase. Unused minutes may expire according to plan terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and store account credentials.
In-app purchase product identifiers include pokamonthly and pokayearly for subscriptions, and pokaextracredits for consumable call-minute credits.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Commands are interpreted by automated systems (including Google Gemini) and may be misunderstood. Always review parsed contact names, phone numbers, messages, and call prompts before confirming an action.
When a callee is not in your contacts, the App may display "Unknown" even if a number is dialed correctly.
You are solely responsible for the content of calls and messages initiated through your account or device, and for any charges, outcomes, or disputes that result.
Cyborgate does not guarantee that AI summaries, transcriptions, or business lookups are accurate or complete.
Command understanding and related AI parsing use Google Gemini (Google's Gemini AI API). Outbound calls and SMS are placed through third-party telephony services operated by Poku Labs and underlying carriers.
When you use AI features, data needed to fulfill your request may be sent to these providers. For Google Gemini, that may include your command text and related details needed to understand the request. For Poku Labs, that may include the destination number, call description or SMS content, and—if you choose to provide them—your optional name, phone number, and email. The App will disclose what is sent, identify the recipients, and obtain your permission before sharing personal data with these third-party AI services. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Those providers have their own terms, privacy practices, outages, and coverage limitations. We are not responsible for failures caused by carriers, recipients, or third-party services.
Call recordings and summaries, when available, are provided by the telephony or AI platform and may be subject to separate retention policies.
You grant the Service permission to access device features you approve—such as contacts, microphone, location, and notifications—solely to perform the actions you request.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate and improve the Service.
You confirm you have the right to share any contact or message content you supply through the App.
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Cyborgate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the App on your personal device, no rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that calls and messages will reach recipients or achieve your intended outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyborgate and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law or a platform provider.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling subscriptions through your app store account.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification—will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cyborgate is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@cyborgate.uk and attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where required, by providing in-app notice.
Your continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
